This is my schedule for tomorrow till next week

Monday: Human Systems exam.

And it goes on and on and on and on....

What a way to spend Chinese New Year...

Anyway, at first I thought I won't be celebrating CNY cause I'm in Florida, but I got to relax a bit from my hectic week and celebrate Chinese New Year in my Chinese class yesterday. From 5 - 7:45 pm (every wednesday our chinese class is this long), all we did was eat and have a great time.

Hehe! We got to learn how to make dumplings from stratch and actually cook them in class.

We started off like this..just sitting around..

Then like this...Lolx!!

Then *poof*.. we have homemade dumplings!

And this was how cao lao shi was cooking them...

And moments later...we got to enjoy delicious dumplings ^^ (I'm serious. They were delicious! Ignoring the fact that it took us around an hour plus to get them cooking and were STARVING by the time they were ready =P)

Later, we took our class picture ^^

My professors. The one in red is Cao Lao Shi, the guy is Ni Lao Shi (who speak freaking perfect chinese!!! Even better than I do!) and the woman in white is Ni Lao Shi's wife.

My class. This is like kindergarden all over again. Class pictures. Haha!!

It was just like how we took class picture in USJ 13. We got to take 3 shots. One is the very serious one (first pic). The other is very lively one (second pic). ^^

Then we just sorta goof off..

Haha! The kid in blue is Ni Lao Shi's son, Yang Yang. I was trying to get a picture with Casey cause we are both born in the year of Dragon, and Yang Yang just stood there with the so called dragon post.

Lolx!! This was the result I got after I said that they look too stiff and that they should lossen up a bit. Haha!

Got my first USD ang pau this year! Hehe!

And just in case no one knows what I was holding, it is actually a napkin..a VERY decorative napkin. It is so pretty that I didn't want to use it. I'm keeping it in my drawer now instead. Hehe!

I know I look fat and old in my pictures, but since it is chinese new year, I decided to eat first then lose weight later. I'm taking dancing classes again, so the weight should come right off by the time I go back Malaysia. Hehe!

But I should worry more bout my exams instead of my weight. Next monday is my last exam and then I'll be free for several weeks before the torture starts all over.

Anyway, Happy Chinese New Year to all! May your year be filled with happiness and wealth and health and yada yada. ^^
